About Us
Property Malta is a public-private initiative set up with the main aim of promoting Malta’s lifestyle identity and to position the country as a leading destination of choice for everyone interested in purchasing property in the Mediterranean.
The Foundation was set up in 2017 to bring together property developers, estate agents and property owners interested in selling residential and commercial properties to foreigners. Property Malta promotes the sale of local developments, apartments, luxury villas, authentic houses of character as well as residential and commercial properties, on an international level. The main purpose is the implementation of a marketing plan for promoting Malta overseas, including participation in international investment shows and events, as well as the management of promotions through PR and advertising to attract more foreign holiday homes buyers, investors and international journalists.
The vision of the organisation may be summarised as follows:
“To assist in the creation of a lifestyle identity for Malta so as to position the country as a leading destination of choice for international people who are interested in purchasing a property in the Mediterranean”
