More Property Incentives in Malta Budget 2022

Despite global disruption brought about by the pandemic, Malta’s economy fared relatively well during the past year. In 2022, Malta’s real GDP is expected to grow by 6.5%.

The growth for 2023 is forecast to reach 4.7% and 4.5% for 2024. In August 2021, Malta’s unemployment rate stood at 3.2%, compared to 3.6% in 2019 and this is expected to stabilize at 4.0% next year.
