Maltese property developments, estate agents and other organisations, are being invited to participate with Property Malta on the Malta Pavilion at Cityscape Dubai in October. The event is the largest of its kind in the Middle East, spread out over 42,000 square metres and attracting no less than 45,000 visitors from more than 190 countries.
“We firmly believe that this is the next big step in our endeavours to promote all that Malta has to offer and the top investments available in the Maltese real estate market”, explained Mr. Sandro Chetcuti, Chairman of Property Malta. He went on to express his confidence that the support shown by ten exhibitor partners at the Cannes Property Expo last year will be even bigger for this larger presence in Dubai this year. As part of its proactive approach and in order to broaden participation as much as possible, Property Malta subsidizes costs for Maltese operators, through its own substantial investment in the event.

Cityscape Global is being held from the 2nd to 4th October. To register their interest in participation, enterprises are being invited to submit their corporate profile by not later than 15th June. If there is more demand than can be accommodated, the allocations will be made by lottery draw.
